Discoveries

An immersive retreat experience through Beijing, Dali, and Lijiang blending Kundalini Yoga, meditation, cultural exploration, nature, and reflection.

China holds an extraordinary tension between movement and stillness. Ancient ritual and modern intensity. Vast cities and silent mountains. This journey moves through both.

Across eight days, participants travel from the imperial history of Beijing into the mountain landscapes and traditional cultures of Yunnan Province, experiencing China through movement, practice, nature, food, philosophy, and shared experience.

Daily Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and reflective practices are woven throughout the retreat, creating space for grounding, integration, and inner exploration alongside the outer journey.

Travel Documents

We strongly recommend that all retreat participants obtain travel and medical insurance prior to traveling.

Most foreign citizens require a visa to enter China. While China offers visa-free entry to many nationalities for stays up to 30 days (valid until Dec 31, 2026), others must apply via the official online portal. We recommend completing this process by August 10, 2026.

Here is the link to the official China Online Visa Application (COVA): consular.mfa.gov.cn

Kindly select the "L Visa" (Tourist Visa) option.

Action Steps:

Check Eligibility: Confirm if your passport qualifies for China’s visa-free policy.

Apply Online: Complete the COVA form and upload your passport and photo.

Submit Passport: Once the online status shows "Passport to be Submitted," visit your local Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) to drop off your physical passport.

Timing: Processing typically takes 4–7 business days after you submit your physical passport.
