In Level Two of the KRI Aquarian Teacher Training journey, we go beyond foundational practice into the deeper relationship between you and your mind.
This 300-hour certification program (completed over a minimum of two years) consists of five 62-hour modules and fulfills the Yoga Alliance 500-hour requirement when combined with Level One.
While Level One establishes the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga, Level Two supports deeper integration, refinement of awareness, and a lived experience of authenticity, presence, and transformation.
Across the full Level Two journey, you will engage in five interconnected modules designed to expand consciousness through personal practice, group process, and deep inquiry. This work supports a direct relationship with the teachings while strengthening your capacity to teach and embody them.

Applicants are generally expected to hold a valid KRI Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification.
A copy of certification must be submitted with your application. Experienced yoga practitioners or teachers from other disciplines may also be considered.
To receive KRI Level Two certification, participants must complete:
- Completion of Level One certification
- 240 hours of in-person classroom instruction across five Level Two modules
- 60 hours of additional requirements, including home study and final assignments

Shiv Charan Singh is a spiritual teacher deeply rooted in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. He is the founder of Karam Kriya, a school of numerology and spiritual guidance. Karam Kriya means “total action through which our karma is brought to completion through the application of spiritual consciousness.”
Through the philosophy and practice of Karam Kriya, Shiv Charan Singh is committed to supporting individuals in their spiritual evolution—helping them bring awareness into everyday life and unfold their highest human potential.
He is the author of several books on spiritual life, including works on human communication, numerology (Let the Numbers Guide You), and poetry.
A dedicated Kundalini Yoga teacher since 1980, Shiv Charan Singh is a Lead Trainer for the KRI Aquarian Teacher Training Level I and Level II programs, mentoring teachers and trainings worldwide with depth, precision, and spiritual clarity.
Nancy Zabaneh, also known as Hari Darshan Kaur, is a pioneer of Kundalini Yoga in the Arab world and an experienced Teacher Trainer dedicated to catalyzing profound personal and professional transformation. She is the founder of Darshan, a platform offering teacher training, retreats, and transformational programs. She has guided thousands of students and teachers through Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Training, as well as workshops and professional development initiatives globally.
Nancy is a practitioner, teacher, and Arab Country Coordinator for Compassionate Inquiry®️, the psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, across the Middle East and North Africa. This method supports individuals in recognizing and understanding unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns that influence behavior. She is also an international trainer with the Beyond Addiction program, which helps individuals and families approach addiction with compassion by addressing underlying trauma and unmet needs.
In addition, she practices Karam Kriya, a contemplative system of applied numerology within the Kundalini Yoga tradition that explores the deeper intelligence behind numbers, patterns, and life cycles.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership, education, and personal development, Nancy integrates Kundalini Yoga, somatic practices, nervous system regulation, conscious leadership, and trauma-informed approaches. Her work creates experiential learning environments that support deep healing and meaningful transformation.
Recognized for her grounded presence and cultural sensitivity, Nancy bridges psychotherapeutic insight with yogic wisdom, guiding students to embody the teachings with authenticity, clarity, and compassion.

This is an international Advanced Teacher Training Program in Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. The course and its tutors are approved by IKYTA and KRI.
In Level 2, through personal practice, group processes, deep interactive discussions, and intensive meditations, you will undergo a transformative journey. This experience is designed to deepen your direct perception of the teachings while strengthening your ability to create and hold the Sacred Space of a Teacher.

Mind & Meditation
Mind and Meditation invites you to deepen your meditation practice and transform your relationship with your mind. Through direct experience and contemplation, you explore the nature, structure, and dynamics of the mind and its role in human awareness.
• Deepen your understanding and experience of meditation
• Explore the nine aspects of the mind through direct meditative practice
• Strengthen the ability to observe the mind neutrally and without identification
• Develop stillness and clarity by reducing mental distraction and internal noise
• Recognize and experience Shuniya (a state of deep inner silence)
• Understand the functional parts and structures of the mind
• Work with the 27 projections of the mind
• Cultivate intuition as a primary faculty of awareness
• Integrate intuition with intelligence in daily life and teaching
