Combine community outreach and wellness programs in nature with dedicated group activations, hiking and Kundalini yoga on a land of paradox, diversity and resilience.

Facilitator

Nancy – Hari Darshan Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Trainer with the Kundalini Research Institute, participating in and coordinating the Gulf’s inaugural Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings. In 2019, she founded darshan, and helped train students in the first ever Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Palestine. She has held Kundalini Yoga retreats in Asia, Africa, and the Arab world.

 

Schedule
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily
  • Daily Kundalini yoga and meditation, facilitated group activations and themed group activities
  • Moussa Castle, Palace of Beiteddine, Maaser el Chouf and surrounding area
  • Ancient city of Byblos (Jbeil) one of the oldest inhabited towns in the world
  • Batroun Old Souks, museums and sunset programmes
  • Unique activations in local monasteries, including St Rafqa
  • Dedicated hiking days in the Chouf Cedar Forest and around the village of Abdelli
