This all-inclusive holistic retreat is designed to strengthen the body while using the powerful tools of Kundalini yoga and meditation to shift through energetic blockages and build awareness. Combined with insightfully curated activities, work to reduce your stress levels, raise your awareness and increase vitality all around. his event was organized by Wellness World.

Facilitator

Nancy – Hari Darshan Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Trainer with the Kundalini Research Institute, participating in and coordinating the Gulf’s inaugural Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings. In 2019, she founded darshan, and helped train students in the first ever Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Palestine. She has held Kundalini Yoga retreats in Asia, Africa, and the Arab world.

 

Schedule
  • Daily themed morning practice incorporating dynamic group Kundalini kriyas, meditations and mantra as taught by Yogi Bhajan
  • Diverse group activations and consciousness-building exercises incorporating a myriad of modalities, including Kundalini yoga.
  • Half Day Excursion (with traditional vegetarian lunch) – Zesty Zanzibar
