The Lightness of Being holistic was a 5-night 6-day retreat designed to strengthen the body while using the powerful tools of Kundalini yoga and meditation to shift through energetic blockages and build the awareness and stamina to live your best life. This event was organized by Wellness World.
Nancy – Hari Darshan Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Trainer with the Kundalini Research Institute, participating in and coordinating the Gulf’s inaugural Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings. In 2019, she founded darshan, and helped train students in the first ever Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Palestine. She has held Kundalini Yoga retreats in Asia, Africa, and the Arab world.
