Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive and powerful form of yoga, also called the yoga of awareness. However, unlike other forms of yoga, the practice of Kundalini Yoga awakens our dormant energy, helps us recognize self-limiting beliefs and habits, and become more intuitive and less reactive.
It is an ancient practice with roots in sacred Indian philosophy. The ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga was brought from India to the West in the late 1960s by Yogi Bhajan (Harbhajan Singh Khalsa), an influential proponent of Kundalini Yoga.
Kundalini Yoga is said to activate the dormant energy from the base of the spine to reach a higher level of consciousness through the practice of various approaches such as meditation, chants, postures and breathing techniques.
A bit like an intense practice which helps you channel your energy as you grow spiritually, emotionally, and physically, beyond just improving physical health.
Each person will experience his or her unique journey, strengthening the sense of self and feeling more purposeful and aware.

Transform and move deeper into the possibility of continued integration at the heart level
All 5 Level Two courses completed successfully qualify the Level One Instructor with a Level Two certification
300-hour certification program consists of 5 separate modules to be completed over a minimum of two years
Alongside the Level One certification, the Level Two fulfills the Yoga Alliance RYT 500-hour requirement
