The world we live in is a co-creation, a manifestation of individual consciousness woven into a collective dream. How we are with each other as individuals, as groups, as nations and tribes, is what shapes that dream.

darshan
Welcome to darshan, the bridge from the Arab world, connecting local and global communities through Kundalini Yoga.
With compassion, we connect you, the individual to a community of belonging – regardless of age, race, gender, or fitness levels, whether you are new to the Kundalini Yoga practice or are well on your journey to certify as a Kundalini Yoga teacher.
darshan was founded in 2019 by Palestinian-Canadian wellness mentor Nancy Zabaneh who began practicing yoga in the Gulf region at a time when the Arab world was still in the process of discovering and accepting various forms of yoga.
darshan offers Kundalini Yoga teacher-training. Through our facilitators, we curate and organize Kundalini Yoga retreats, events, trainings, classes, seminars, and corporate sessions. Since founding, darshan has taught thousands of practitioners and trained hundreds of instructors from across the Arab world and beyond.
In addition to facilitating Kundalini Yoga, darshan also provides wellness services and customized retreats and sessions using various complementary approaches for individuals and groups, including corporates.
In line with our vision to raise consciousness rooted in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, in the Arab world and beyond, we at darshan and our global network of teachers and practitioners, welcome you. We offer you a community you can call your own, a place to learn and grow, relinquish your attachments, and access guidance. We invite you to a place-of-belonging and service for self-growth and transformation of mind and body.
Join us as we work with each other to reach the best versions of ourselves.
We must be willing to get rid of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us.

Have you noticed the darshan logo? What do you see? A coiled serpent? A human figure in the lotus pose with arms raised?
The coil represents the energy flowing from the base of the spine or the Kundalini Shakti (‘shakti’ meaning power) to the highest level of awakening, a pathway of the Kundalini Yoga discipline.
